Technically the only real difference is that we do not have a high street shop front which frees us from the restriction of being seen only as a ‘local’ agency and allows us to cover all of London and most of Kent.
It means we handle all aspects of the property on your behalf such as finding the right tenant as well as regular property inspection, maintenance handling and legal compliance. Depending on your service level this could include guaranteeing your monthly rent
All tenants and landlords have access to our messaging portal to log issues 24 hours a day as well as a 24/7 maintenance line.
We pride ourselves in the quality of our service, when a maintenance need arises we present you with three quotes to choose from or take your lead on a preferred tradesman

While the majority of our properties are single lets we do also look after HMOs (houses of multiple occupancy).
