How it works
Our services are designed for landlords like you who normally manage by themselves but need a short term cover. With a minimum of two weeks we manage the essentials until you are back. You will have complete access to your landlord app so that you can check in anytime and see all the updates on rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

Pricing
- Set-up fee: ÂŁ270 (including VAT, one-off for lifetime use)
- Weekly fee: 18% (including VAT) of weekly rent
- Minimum cover: 2 weeks
Example based on ÂŁ1,000 pcm property:
- Weekly rent: ÂŁ230.77
- Management fee (18%): ÂŁ41.54/week
- Two weeks’ cover: £83.08
- Total = ÂŁ353.08

- Proof of property ownership (Land Registry, mortgage statement, title deed)
- Utility bill dated within the last 3 months
- Next of kin contact details
Property & tenancy details:
- Valid certificates (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, Legionella if applicable)
- Current tenancy agreement & deposit protection details
- Tenant contact details & next of kin
- Selective license or HMO license (where applicable)
