When you choose this service, we’ll look after everything from finding your perfect tenant to conducting 6-monthly inspections – plus all that goes in between! We’re dedicated to taking care of each property as if it were our own, so you can be confident that your rental will be well looked after.
This service includes, but is not exclusive to:
- Regular property checks during each tenancy
- Out of hours emergency repair line for tenants manned by our property managers
- Access to our approved contractors to provide quotes and undertaking works

- Online detailed reference reports taken prior to tenancy start date
Our Letting Process
Step 1
Arrange a valuation
During your free valuation, we’ll discuss your individual requirements to ensure that we have an understanding of the service you’d like. We’ll then outline the rent we expect your property can achieve. We’re always honest and realistic with our figures to ensure your void periods are kept to a minimum
Step 2
Property preparation & marketing
We have years of experience, both as landlords ourselves and in property management, so you can rest assured that your property will be presented in the best possible light for potential tenants.
A ‘To Let’ board will be placed outside of your property and we’ll take an excellent selection of internal and external photos which will help us to find the right tenant
Step 3
Securing a let
Following discussions with yourself about your tenant requirements, we’ll find the right match for your property and will carry out all viewings. Once a tenant has been found, we’ll take care of the whole process on your behalf.
Step 4
Tenancy progression
There’s no need for you to worry about getting your tenants in place, as we’ll prioritise this to ensure that the process is as streamlined as possible. We’ll source comprehensive references and follow up with third parties when required, making sure that your tenants can move in as scheduled.
Step 5
Moving day
When the excitement of moving day arrives, we’ll meet your tenants at the property, have a walk through, and complete the inventory before we give them the keys to their new home. We’ll also provide them with written copies of the tenancy information, the required certificates, and the How to Rent guide.
Step 6
Ongoing maintenance
As part of our full property management service, we’ll manage the maintenance of your asset and will promptly deal with any issues or concerns that arise, allowing you to relax knowing that your property is in safe hands.
